General features
All Tornati Forni models are mainly chracterized by lowest consumption
and highest efficiency. Tornati Forni has been the first Company in Italy
to build a furnace with ceramic fibre insulation and now has a ten-year
experience which has made its products competitive and of unlimited life.
The ceramic fibre insulation enables a 60% energy saving as compared to the furnace insulated by means of tradictional products.
Also, the firing within the chamber is perfectly uniform.
Technical features
All Tornati Forni models are built with pressed steel sctions, have an internal ceramic fibre insulation, heating elements made of a 80/20 nickel-cromium alloy for temperatures up to 1000° C and Kantal A1 for temperatures up to 1300° C. Control panel located on the front side including a self-regulating device, supprting bedplate which makes it possible to put ceramics into the furnace rapidly and comfortably*, two switches for manual/automatic operation as well as the relevant pilot-lamps.
